National Cyber Defense Leadership Program (NCDLP)

The National Cyber Defense Leadership Program equips decision makers, managers, and technical leaders to design, govern, and oversee cyber defense at national and critical infrastructure levels. The program bridges strategy, policy, and operations so participants can translate high level mandates into executable cyber defense roadmaps. Emphasis is placed on whole of nation cooperation across government, defense, private sector, and international partners.
A strong focus on cybersecurity ensures that graduates can interpret threat intelligence, prioritize limited resources, and drive resilient architectures against nation state and advanced criminal actors. Participants learn how to embed cybersecurity into governance, risk management, and crisis response so that technical controls align with national objectives. By the end of the program, leaders are prepared to champion cybersecurity initiatives, communicate risk to executives and policymakers, and steer cross functional teams through complex national cyber incidents.
